Ghost World

Author: Daniel Clowes
Finished: April 6th, 2011
My Rating: 2 out of 5 stars

Despite “Ghost World” being a quick read – I didn’t really care too much for this book.

The redeeming qualities: well developed characters, the relationship between Becky and Enid, the humanistic qualities of both Becky and Enid, the illustrations.
Not so redeeming qualities: very blastphemous (something I just couldn’t overlook), the pessimistic undertones felt a bit too contrived (at times).
